Learning and development are an important part of working at LPR. With Learning as one of the core values across the DANX Carousel Group, we place strong emphasis on building skills, sharing knowledge, and supporting continuous development — in ways that are relevant to everyday work.

As part of the DANX Carousel Group, LPR employees have access to a broad range of learning and development opportunities, while development remains closely connected to local roles, teams, and operational needs.

Training and development opportunities

Working closely with colleagues, handling real situations, and solving practical challenges are central to how skills and confidence are built over time. Whether you work in LPR Supply, LPR Experts, LPR Energy, or LPR Holding, development is closely connected to the tasks and responsibilities of your role. In addition to everyday learning, LPR supports development through a mix of internal knowledge sharing, targeted training, and external courses where relevant. Depending on role and needs, this may include:

Internal learning:

Internally developed workshops, courses, and training activities delivered within LPR or across the wider Group, focusing on role-specific skills, processes, and shared ways of working.

External learning:

Selected external courses, seminars, and continued education that support professional development, certifications, or specialised knowledge relevant to your role.

Online learning:

Access to a range of digital learning materials and courses through an online learning platform, available to employees across the organisation.

Development needs are discussed in dialogue with your manager, making it possible to identify the right learning opportunities based on both goals and business needs.

A shared focus on learning

Across LPR and the wider Group, Learning is one of the shared values guiding how we work. This means creating space to improve skills, learn from experience, and support each other’s development over time. We are also open to individual development needs and aim to find learning solutions that make sense for both the employee and the role.
The aim is to build strong, capable teams with the knowledge and experience needed to meet changing demands, while giving employees the opportunity to develop within their roles.
