Environmental impact
Operating within time-critical logistics comes with a responsibility to manage environmental impact carefully. As part of the DANX Carousel Group, we support efforts to reduce emissions and contribute to the transition towards more sustainable logistics operations. The Group has set clear reduction targets, aiming to lower emissions by 40% by 2035 and by 90% by 2050.
To support this direction, the focus is on improving operational efficiency, increasing the use of lower emission fuel alternatives, and introducing more sustainable solutions across transport and logistics activities. Progress is followed through regular measurement and reporting, ensuring that environmental performance is monitored and improved over time.
Social responsibility
Social responsibility is closely linked to how we support people within the organisation and in the communities where we operate. We place strong focus on health, safety, and wellbeing, supported through ongoing improvements to safety practices, relevant training, regular employee engagement surveys, and initiatives aimed at reducing stress-related absence.
Creating an inclusive working environment is a key focus. We support diversity and gender equality through equal opportunities and inclusive working practices, while also ensuring access to learning and development that supports skills development and long-term capability across the organisation. Beyond daily operations, we support social initiatives through the DANX Carousel Foundation, which contributes to education and community projects aligned with shared values such as ownership, learning, and caring.

Governance
Strong corporate governance is a fundamental part of how we operate and make decisions. We work to ensure accountability, integrity, and transparency across our business activities, supporting responsible and sustainable operations. As part of the wider DANX Carousel setup, governance requirements and sustainability commitments are embedded into how the business is managed.
This includes regular reviews, checks, and audits to ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. The Board of Directors has ongoing oversight of governance practices and regularly reviews performance and risk exposure across the organisation. Where relevant, risks are addressed through targeted actions to support compliance and responsible business conduct. Further information can be found in our policies, which provide an overview of how governance and ESG principles are applied in practice.
In 2015, the United Nations adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, defining 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) addressing global social, economic, and environmental challenges.
As part of the DANX Carousel Group, LPR is aligned with the Group’s ESG work and commitment to the UN Global Compact. The Group has selected a number of SDGs to focus on – areas where its activities and expertise can contribute in a meaningful way.
Below is an overview of the Sustainable Development Goals the Group focuses on and how this work is reflected at LPR.

DANX Carousel Foundation
The DANX Carousel Foundation was established to support initiatives beyond the Group’s day-to-day business activities. Through partnerships, charitable contributions, and community-focused projects, the Foundation supports learning, social initiatives, and local causes in the communities where the DANX Carousel Group operates.
The Foundation’s work is guided by our values of ownership, learning, and caring, and focuses on creating meaningful impact through targeted support.
The purpose
The purpose of the DANX Carousel Foundation is to support initiatives that contribute to learning, wellbeing, and social responsibility. Through funding, knowledge, and collaboration, the Foundation supports both employee development and selected community initiatives in the countries where the Group operates.

Community support and donations
The Foundation provides support to local communities and charitable initiatives that especially reflect the value of learning and caring and address broader social needs, including diversity and inclusion.
Each year, the Foundation also selects a larger charity partner to support during a defined period, enabling more focused engagement.

How to apply for funds
The DANX Carousel Foundation is overseen by an appointed Board of Directors, which reviews and assesses applications for support on a regular basis.
People seeking funding are required to submit an application form as part of the process. External applicants must have a personal connection to the DANX Carousel Group.
