Meet the team

With more than 20 years of experience, Frank has led complex service and transformation organisations across sales, service and operations. He brings extensive experience in designing and implementing managed service models and leading international transformation programmes.

Throughout his career, Frank has been responsible for building and scaling high-performing organisations, including P&L responsibility and the optimisation of operational structures across international customer environments. In addition to his role as Managing Director of LPR Experts, he is also Managing Director of S4B Neuss and LPR Service Austria GmbH. His strength lies in his end-to-end understanding of the value chain – from strategy to operational execution.
