ME Group relies on LPR's expertise
ME Group is an international company specializing in automated self-service solutions for photography, laundry, fresh produce, and more. The ME Group’s 2,300 devices in Germany require regular maintenance and spare parts – quickly, reliably and with as little disruption to daily business as possible.
To ensure this, the ME Group relies on the in-night express and value-added services of the LPR Group.

The close collaboration with LPR is a real asset to our operations. We particularly appreciate the flexibility and proactive approach in our day-to-day business, from labeling to the last mile.

Optimized Processes
Supplying the engineers begins in Grenoble, France, where the ME Group operates its central warehouse. There, the engineers’ orders are prepacked and labeled with individual IDs per engineer. The orders arrive at LPR crossdock in Neuss as collective packages. From here, LPR takes over the operational process:
- Removal and inspection of prepicked orders
- Supplementing orders with spare parts from local warehouses
- Repackaging of sensitive spare parts
- Packaging and labeling
- Deliery via Nightexpress
- Drop-off locations: Engineer vehicle, PUDO and collection points
Thanks to LPR’s flexible processes,
engineers start their working day with all the equipment they need – without any logistical delays.
Measurable Successes
The implementation of the customized in-night express solution for ME Group has led to noticeable improvements in engineer logistics:
- Reliable delivery: Spare parts arrive on time at the start of the day— directly at the vehicle, parking space, or depot.
- Higher quality of service: Full availability of materials increases the success rate for initial service calls.
- Standardized processes: Clear procedures and labeling ensure transparency and reduce errors.
- Cost reduction through bundling: Handling in Neuss minimizes logistical costs and leverages synergies.
Less effort, greater reliability, and clear added value for technicians and end customers alike.
Equal Partnership
The collaboration between ME Group and LPR goes beyond traditional logistics services—it is a partnership model focused on efficiency and
everyday practicality:
- Coordinated processes: Delivery routes, packaging, and procedures are regularly optimized.
- Practical approach: LPR understands the everyday work of engineers and designs its logistics accordingly.
- Reliability as standard: High delivery reliability and direct communication create trust.
- Scalable system: The solution remains flexible—in terms of volume, depots, or new requirements.
The result: a stable partnership that facilitates technical operations and ensures a long-term supply.

This is what the Cooperation looks like in Practice
The collaboration between ME Group and LPR Group is a good example of how practical logistics solutions can be developed in close coordination and implemented reliably.
From the initial receipt of goods to punctual delivery to the engineers’s parking space, every step is interlinked. The processes are not only efficient, but also flexible – and can be quickly adapted as needed.
It is precisely this combination of reliability, proactive thinking, and operational proximity that makes the partnership so valuable. For ME Group, this means less effort, greater predictability, and significantly improved supply in day-to-day business.
