El Araby Group relies on the expertise of LPR
El Araby Group sells a colourful universe of household and entertainment products across Europe, from feather-light steam irons and vacuum cleaners to elegant coffee makers, powerhouse air-conditioners and giant 75-inch TVs. With so many items living in customers’ homes, returns and warranty cases are inevitable.
The question until recently was simple but pressing: Who can handle every single device quickly, transparently and customer-friendly — without drowning the El Araby service team in paperwork?

Partnership with LPR has brought a new level of reliability and efficiency to our logistics process. Their handling of product replacements, storage, and delivery ensures our customers receive the service quality we promise without delays.

Challenges
For every iron, vacuum cleaner or smart-TV that reaches a living-room, the small statistical chance of failure travels along. As El Araby’s product family and European footprint grew, the volume of warranty and return parcels naturally increased.
Each device needed to be identified by hand, verified in the ERP system and stored safely until a decision was made. While this manual routine was reliable, seasonal peaks sometimes stretched turnaround times and made status enquiries harder to answer promptly.
In short, the process worked – but it was ready for an extra layer of automation and real-time transparency to keep pace with the brand’s dynamic growth.
Above all, the brand risked losing trust because customers saw only silence while waiting for their replacement.
Solution
El Araby therefore moved the entire after-sales stream to LPR’s in Neuss. The moment a parcel crosses the inbound gate, a barcode scan writes the shipment straight into El Araby’s ERP, creating one shared data record that follows the unit through every step. Trained LPR engineers unbox the item, read the full serial number and register its exact location in racks.
The IT bridge then decides automatically: Refund, repair or immediate exchange. For exchange cases, LPR picks a brand-new product from stock, adds robust, courier-proof packaging and hands it to the carrier on the same evening. Complex models are still double-checked by El Araby’s own workshop, but that know-how is already migrating into LPR’s team. A new recycling module for hopelessly defective goods is scheduled for the next release of the process.
A partnership of equals
The process has become structured and efficient. Most warranty exchanges now leave Neuss within 48 hours, improving customer satisfaction and reducing enquiries. Thanks to full tracking and digital handling, manual effort is lower – and even during peak periods, the workflow remains reliable and scalable.
Every single device — from a € 20 iron to a € 1,500 QLED screen – is traceable at serial-number level, eliminating the old fear of “lost” units. Digital return notes and API-driven status updates have cut manual data entry by about eighty percent, freeing the service team for real customer care. Even seasonal rushes now glide through the same pipeline without drama, because capacity can flex up or down inside the LPR warehouse.
In short, the new setup saves time, protects margin and, most importantly, keeps the El Araby brand shining in the eyes of European consumers.

This is what collaboration looks like in practice
The collaboration between El Araby and LPR has brought welcome structure and clarity to the handling of warranty and return cases. What used to involve many individual steps is now part of a well-orchestrated and transparent process. Customers benefit from faster service, the El Araby team gains valuable time, and the entire after-sales journey runs more smoothly – even during seasonal peaks like summer air-conditioner demand or end-of-year campaigns.
For El Araby the gain is twofold: Less manual effort and more brand trust. For LPR the project showcases how a flexible logistics engine can scale from a € 20 iron to a € 1,500 QLED screen without changing the basic playbook.
Both companies are already sketching the next chapters: automated scrap recycling that feeds live sustainability dashboards, predictive analytics that highlight unusual return clusters before they become costly, and quarterly innovation sprints where new ideas travel as fast as the parcels.
What started as “please fix our returns” has grown into a living ecosystem that protects margins, delights customers and proves that after-sales can indeed be both efficient and human.
